Services

Personal care needs will be assessed by the Department of Health and Social Security and services will be provided for residents by Housing 21.

Support and care services delivered to residents of Rosaire Gardens and Rosaire Court may include, depending on assessed needs:


Personal care such as support to get up and go to bed, help
with bathing, dressing or undressing, assistance with mobility, etc.

Preventative care that promotes independence by giving only the minimum support required and can avoid the need for more restrictive care interventions


In addition, practical support tasks will also be offered, such as,


Benefit collection

Help with meal preparation

There will be someone available to assist or provide support if required 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
