Housing 21

Housing 21 is one of the leading not-for-profit specialist providers for older people with an impressive track record in the delivery of quality housing, care and support services. Housing 21 own and manage more than 14,000 retirement properties across England, including sheltered apartments and bungalows as well as extra care housing which is designed to meet the needs of older people who need some support with day to day tasks.

As the 6th largest provider of domiciliary care in England, Housing 21 currently make around 2 million home care visits a year, delivery of 25,000 hours of care per week and work with 21 local authorities. We build our services around flexible models that can adapt themselves to the needs of each individual.

Housing 21 have set up a special local subsidiary company, namely, Housing 21 Guernsey LBG Limited, that has been granted local Housing Association status within the Island. This local company will have a locally run board of management and operate solely within the Bailiwick creating housing, support and care for older local people.
